Stealth Products' Origins

Stealth is a U.S. manufacturer with 25 years of experience in the rehab market. Launched in 1999, Stealth Products began in response to a need for versatile, high quality head and neck positioning systems, as well as switch mount options.

The Stealth Ultra head positioning system was one of our first products and revolutionized the industry (shown on the leftabove).

From our most popular head support, the Comfort Plus, to our most advanced head positioning system, the Unilink™ Ultra, Stealth has vast experience bringing head positioning solutions to your clients.

The Original i2i

The i2i head positioning system provides significant suboccipital support to limit neck hyperextension while including anterior arms to facilitate a midline position and prevent hooking.

The i2i System was developed by Leslie Fitzsimmons PT, ATP who tried all available options for her most challenging students at Lakeview School in New Jersey. When nothing worked, she designed the i2i System which finally met her client's head positioning needs.

The i2i is highly customizable to meet an individual's unique needs. Please visit the site below for further information.

The Ultra is now composed of the 4 times stronger UniLink system.

UniLink Ultra

The Ultra Head Positioning System provides a modular approach to meet the needs of clients with complex presentations. The occipital pad supports the occiput and is available in a variety of sizes. The suboccipital pad cups the back of the skull, limiting neck hyperextension, increasing support and stability, and providing lateral support to the neck. Lateral facial pads can be added to provide lateral support and, in combination with the suboccipital pad, three (3) to four (4) point control to reduce neck lateral flexion and rotation.

Provides additional lateral fixed support.

Combo (CB)

The Combo is a triple pad head support that allows movement of the lateral pads from flat (even with the middle pad) to 45 degrees, providing lateral support to the head. The unique contour of the side pads eliminates interference with the ears so that hearing is not impacted and the client's ears do not fold over with head turning. Also, this shape does not interfere with the client's peripheral vision.

Comfort Plus Series

The Comfort Plus original is our most popular and affordable contoured head support. The CP Series includes the Original, the Adjustable, and the Tri-Comfort Plus.

Comfort that molds to you.

All Positioning (AP)

The All Positioning head support combines occipital and suboccipital support in one head pad.

Economical, Strong and Easy to Clean.

Contoured (OB)

The Ottobock head supports are an economical solution available in two styles. These solid foam head pads do not require upholstery, though a cover can be added if desired. Both styles include a generic curve to encourage a midline head position.

The lower profile version incorporates a malleable metal stay which can be bent inward to provide more lateral head support. The higher profile version incorporates a divot to provide generic suboccipital support.

NOTE: Only compatible with 1in (2.54cm) ball configuration.

Swing Away System (SA)

Our new UniLink mounting hardware replaces our TWB series. As before, this hardware provides near limitless adjustment possibilities. So, what's different? UniLink is four (4) times stronger - maintaining position of head pads despite extreme use. UniLink is available with a 17mm ball configuration. A flip-down version is also available.

i-Drive Alternative Head Controls

The i-Drive Head Controls provide an alternative means of driving a power wheelchair, using proximity switches embedded in a head support. Our Alternative Head Controls are available in a wide variety of our head supports and now use the new UniLink hardware - providing the postural support and stability required for optimal driving.
